That d plaintiff does nt hv any bonafide necessity
or that plaintiff has another premise in the same city for the said purpose

Owner of the property is the best judge for it. It is the owner who can decide that what should he do with his property.

there are several grounds for the eviction available to the landlord if timely action is taken against the tenant.
