mere wife 3aug2009 say maykey may hay nahi aungi bool kar sec125 laga kar paisay ka deemand karnay lagi nahi danay par dovery ka case lagoungi boli court may 3lakh RS case khatm karnay ki baat hui aur divorce danay ki baat hui 1.5 lakh may usey day chuka ho aur mutual petition file kiyay ab 6 mahinay baad divorce nahi dungi bool rahi hay 1.5 lakh decree milnay par daney ki baat hui thi aab court nahi aa rahi hay mere paas yeh sab written may hay kya mere pas koi ground hay divorce lanay kay liya mera ak 4ssal ka beta hay kya may court kay through usko la sakta hu

yes you can apply for custody of child but till five year of age usually court allow custody only to his mother, so it will be better that you apply for custody after completion of five year of age of your child. If every thing is in written you need not worry. if she refuse to give divorce by consent, you can file divorce petition on any other ground available in sec. 13 of Hindu Marriage act.

it was in written that know one interfare any budy's life shall i do another marriage with out decree if i will file divorce petition in sec.13
