Sir the brief facts of the case are that the Hon'ble high court judge in a maintenance case had the income and status of the husband verified and enquired through the executive magistrate by passing an order, later on the hon'ble high court also had the same enquired into and verified from the employer of husband by calling him to court.
But while passing order the hon'ble high court held that the report of the executive magistrate who submitted his enquiry report on its order can not be relied on or believed and also said same for the report it had called for from the employer.
the hon'ble high court then made assumption of about 15 times the income verified and favoured the wife.
Now in such case what can be the question of law be to file SLP-Civil petition in hon'ble Supreme Court of India please do guide.

Dear Mr. Jitender, Do you mean to say that 'SUPREME COURT HAND BOOK' will give a ready made list of 'substantial questions of law', which can be used depending upon each case? Otherwise why do you advise the querist to 'go through the Supreme Court Hand Book'?
