I am fighting a case suit for specific performance I have an query for the expert in property case. Ihad purchase a flat in faridabad from the direct party.and my registry done in 17th Nov. 2006 (registry date).seller party was doing a chit fund type of work.so some payment is left for one of her negibours he comes to me and asking to pay the payment that are left with seller so i told him to take the payment form her she is staying now in same block on rent but he doesnt do the same.In jan 2007(after two months) he filed case agiants the seller with forged docs (payment details written in balnk paper during the signed of the seller party and aslo show the attendance in the court for the regisrtry on dated 30th nov.06 and showed she is not present i am ready to pay the rest amount.) and keep the party to us and the bank from whom i had taken aloan.Actullay That person working in a court as typist and misusing the profession. he had a ba image also in the block .Cuurantly i am staying to this falt and having posseston in my custody.Please guide/tips what i can do to win the case as earliest as possible its running for almost five years and lot of expense done during that period. erquest you to please suggest thaks

Your query is not clear. What I understood is that it is the dispute/transaction between seller and the neighbour of the seller. It is not clear that what is your role in this case?

Arora ji! As you are bonafide purchaser so you dont worry. The present system of court consume more and more time but ultimately you shall get justice. You counsel might be defending your case vigorously and effectively. Follow his advice. As we have no detail of court file befre us so no concrete advice/tips as you require, can be given.

we purchased flat and got the registry after few days we got a saman against the seller and keep party to us agaainst specific performcance.seller underground after selling the property to us . now the plantiff asking thru court she had made aggrement to sell with us and purchaser aware about this. actually he is working as assistant in court so he made aggrement on blank paper signed by seller.
