dear experts, i've heard about a judgment of SC. that in the matter of 138 of N. I. Act, during the trial and at the time of judgment the presence of accused is not compulsary and the accused may exampted from personal appearance. can any one give me citation/details of the said judgment? pl. it is very urgent for me in one of my case. Thanks in advance.
