Dear all.

In the Sec. 406,420,467,468,471,120B..
whereby the Metropolitan Court has granted the Bail to the accused..

Is this feasible way for self prevent through going in to insolvency ?

Thanks in anticipation...

Insolvency has no impact on bail or not even in trial. Bail may be granted by Metropolitan court on merit.

A person liable for commission of an offence cannot escape from punishment merely by getting himself declared insolvent.
