need help under section12(A)domestic violence

if district court do not provide relief to the respondent for interim maintenance despite respondent are incapable to pay the huge maintenance.

where i can apply for some relief

it is my urgent need

If ur case of DV Act is with the MM Court/lower court than u shoould file an appeal in session court then in the High Court
