next step after getting the decree of Sec.9

iam Ashish Kumar and one and half years back i filed a case of sec.9 in Darbhanga ditrict court.After several notices my wife didn't turned up and finally i have received the decree of sec.9.As me and my wife are living seperately for two years and she doesn't want to come back kindly suggest me the next step.After passing of 2 struggling years now our relationship has lost the essence of trust and now i don't want live with her.kindly suggest can i file the divorce.i got the decree this month(dec.10) only.

Either of you can file petition seeking decree of divorce soon after expiry of one year of decree under section 9 if no conjugal rights have been established again during this year.
