double pension scheme

under employees scheme 1995, and family pension scheme 1971 an ex service man can get double pension???

actually an ex service after his service joined with one another govt sector.. then he retired from that service also.. but they not ready to give pension.. they are pointing me as already am getting pension as ex service man..

whats my right under employees scheme 1995, and family pension scheme 1971? please give me the provision, if you can with citation..

Dear Mr. Tom,
there is provision under EPS-1995 UNDER WHICH AN EX-SERVICEMAN CAN GET BOTH PENSIONS. Pl. go through the website of EPFO and go into FAQ.It has been clarified that ex-serviceman can get both pensions.
there are decided cases also which can be find out if still required.

sir, i am not able locate as per your direction.. for my enquiry regarding double pension scheme.so many widows are struggling in this matter, and they are at the end of thier life. i want to help them legally. hence urgency. help me with more details.
