hello sir/madam,
i have educational certificates with 3 different names with only alphabetical mistakes
so please tell me what i have to do to cover them legally

You get corrected two wrong certificates from the institute from where those were issued as per their procedure to be ascertained from respective institutions.

If you want to correct all your certificates, you will have to send a notice to the Govt, dept under CPC may section 81 (pls re-check).

If you have possible to changed your name in all certificate do the way, otherwise go GOVT official print issued the exact name in publiced and then got.

the mistake has happened from myside so i dont think they will rectify tht
i had written wrong in exam application forms

Educational certificates issued by Institutes mostly use a set of spellings which may differ from the one used by U. However, since U concede that the mistake was on your part,U may get them corrected from the respective Institutes. If this is not possible,affirm an Affidavit before a Notary/Magistrate stating the 3 different spellings used, belong to U & that U desire to use a particular spelling in future.In the latter case,the gist of the declaration will have to be advertised in a local daily of mass circulation.

to get correct name publish in government gazatte and in the 2 news paper on in english and another in vernacular language
and to make affidavit and submit the same at bank or other record where your name is missplet.
if spelling mistake then u can tell concern bank or authorities.
but important is in PASSPORT , BANK account , LIC , SHARES all name should be same.

@BHANU RASPUTRA...since i am having three different names ..so i have to print twice in gazeette with two mispelt names to the right one or first to second name and then second name to third/right name

Concerned institution may rectify their clarical mistakes, this is not a big procedural issue. If there is any mistake in the passport then some thing different.
