I want to know about the compliances issues/concerns related to information security within the organization.
Second, about data protection law and law related to information security.

There are many provisions in IT Act,Indian Contract Act,IPC,Indian Constitution and The Personal Data Protection Bill,2006 to protect information within the Organization.

there are the provisions to the information secyrity and for the data protection, in I T Act,2000, I P C, 1860, and the indian contract act, 1872.
