No Value of Oral Proof and witnessing

Today we know that there is no value of one's word.

People think something else,say soemthing else,do some thing else.

In such a situation, what is the value of Oral proofs of people and what is the value of people giving witnesses in the courts ?

you are right but unfortunately most of the cases are decided on the basis of oral evidence

Oral evidence definately has value. How much value is to be given to it depends upon facts and circumstances of the case and the crediability of the witness.

the oral Evidence value depends upon the circumstances of each case -to be considered by Courts.

The court does not make any difference between oral and documentary evidence. Only in those cases where oral evidence is barred like testimony in relation to the contents of a agreement,the documents are needed. Otherwise it is oral evidence which determines the fate of a case and it is how the Law in most part of this planet works.

I agree with Advocate Archana. After all the Learned Court is there to decide how much value is to be given to it. Tallying of different witness' evidence is important.

i.oral evidence or documentry evidence are the same value but the contents of the Documents or Elec.Records can not be proved by it(see. s-59&60 of I.E.Act.
ii. For creat a wide cotntradiction in the theory of the prosecution different witness' evidence required.
