Managing Committee of the society and building are two different subjects, be clear in your mind qua your query, which is vague with incomplete informations.

By demolition of building the society committee does not get demolished. That is elected human body to be decided by majority decision of the members of the society to make that defunct or to keep that in working position to take decisions for and on behalf of the residents of the building.
