Respected seniors,
Dispute of possession of land occurred due to the wrong survey record of the survey department. The case was filed in CJSD by making party to the collector and subordinate to him and contended that the land given by collector but dispossessed by the other person by claiming his ancestral property but the survey department had not been made party to the suit neither allowed the preproduction of document nor called them as a witness. .. in another matter in the CJJD the said survey dept. was called as witness and the chief and cross is on record the said evidence retains much relevancy in the case of CJSD...
Therefore I asked whether a evidence recorded in another court can be refferred in other court. ..
Please suggest me citation of any...
