Sir I completeevelaw degree in the year 2008 but I could not enroll myself in the bar council. Now I work as a teacher in government aided school .my question is that can I get enrollment now. I want to sit for judicial exam and in almost every state enrollment is prerequisites for filling up the form because of this pre-condition I could not fill any form. Please suggest.

Working as teacher, you can not be enrolled as Advocate with Bar Council.

Being already employed, you cannot register as a lawyer.

With due respect I want to enquire Sir is there any way out by which I can sit for judicial exam because my intention is to appear for judicial exam and not to practice as a lawyer and become professional lawyer.please advice.
