drinking in public place

Respected sir ,

I was drinking beer in public place on 12/08/2016 and the cop caught me after that they took me to the hospital after making documents they again drove me to the police station they told me that you will receive a letter from court or either they call me but didn't get any confirmation and one cop demanding bribe from me . Plz told me what can I do. I am feeling guilty every day plz help me .

ab pachhtaye hot kya jab chidiya chug gai khet
No need to give bribe to any police person because they might have registered the case of public nuisance and you will get summon from the court so don's worry pay the fine in the court by pleading guilty , and fine will be not more than Rs.100/-

It is a petty offence and fine will be imposed. You may get a court communication and you can directly go to Court and pay the fine.

Now-a-days most of the people drink and some are casual and some are regular. Most of them drink in private place. Thus you need not feel guilty and it is bad to take drink in public place. Everybody is a Gentleman unless proved otherwise.. Also this is a bitter experience for your future dealings.

No need to give bribe to Police.
