Sir case ye hai ki ek ladki jise uske husband ne divorce diya hai aor shadi last year Feb me hui thi. Ladke ke play group school chalte hai ab ladki settlement amount ke liye claim karna chahti hai..
Sir hm ye janna chahte hai ki kya hme ladke ki income proof show karne ki jaroorat padegi jabki wo khud ko do play group school ka director show karta hai

When the marriage has already been dissolved then what kind of settlement you are expecting?

Once the relationship is over, you cannot raise any such claim. However, if there was some arrangement or settlement prior, between the parties, prior to the filing of divorce petition and husband deliberately did not honour that particular agreement then the things could be different.

But if there was ex-parte divorce or divorce granted on merits then sorry, you cannot seek for any settlement claim.
