Can we call them through Newspaper Publication in their area ?

What if they did not come afterwards ?

Request the Court to decide the Case as " Ex-Party".Before that take the Court's Permission and issue News Paper advt.

File an application for substituted service as per Order 5 Rule 20 of Civil Procedure 1. To affix a copy upon the conspicuous part of the House and Office of the Defendant and to publish in the daily Newspaper. You may require to execute an affidavit while filing.
