Se my 498a and DV Act cases are dismissed but crpc 125 is running.I hv two children.can I escape from maine.what should be defence

Your defense already on record of S125 Cr. P. C case, just follow the court procedures and decision will come. Dismissal of DV case will help you get suitable decision in maintenance case under section 125.
