Respected sirs,wife filed for maintenance under crpc 125.i got decre of conjugal rights.after 5years of desertion presently i do not want her to come back.now i do not want to contest the maintenance case any more.i am ready to give claiming amount for her & son.what will happen if i am abscent to the case.decree or i need to attend court?rw1 evidence over in the case.

You can remain absent in court in which event the court can pass necessary order of maintenance.

If you remain absent, court would pass ex party orders. From the query it seems that you have no objection on it.
