What is the case ?
None can be victim of case in Cr PC, as stated by you.
Vague facts can not lead to form an opinion.
You have already engaged an able, competent and intelligent counsel, what is his/ her opinion and why do you need second opinion on the basis of limited and vague facts except the fact it is available FREE OF COST ?
