If the Results were Not in your Favour You Just Can Not Say that Lawyer had Deceived You.Honourable Courts would have gone thro Several Issues in your case which would have been the Reason for their Judgements.First Stop Making such statements against Our Lawyers .Better Consult A Local Good Senior Advocate With All Details and Go In for the Next Step.

Better Change the Title of This thread.

If you are aggrieved by the decision of the trial court you can prefer an appeal before the higher court seeking relief which was not granted in the trial court.
Yo should fight the DV case on the merits in your side, this matter should not be allowed to make an impact to that case hence you better change your lawyer and contest that case properly.
