Hi All,
Can any electronic media be given as annexures in supreme court petitions?
1. If yes, does it require any official scrutiny ?
2. If yes, how to attached (Videos) when we file through online petition?

Normally such permissions will not be allowed but you may try for it for the best reasons which may convince the Hon’ble Supreme Court.

1. Yes, it can be filed and shall be subject to scrutiny for genuineness.
2. It can not be attached with "on-line" petition.
However, verify from Supreme Court Rules and registry of Supreme Court.
