The fraud can happen to certain extent only and not always.
A has to sign before the registrar the registered deed besides giving his consent for converting the proprietorship company to partnership company.
A person with fraudulent intention can go to any extent to do such fraudulent acts, the validity of which shall be decided by court if the matter is reported or taken up through court.
No doubt the property in the name of A cannot be taken away without a registered document, it can be a land grabbing criminal case.
