Two brothers equally shared inherited .self acquired property of their deceased father by the virtue of his WILL.
now one brother dies --query---- is what is the fate of the widows share of property?

Thank you for your question

According to the Schedule Class 1 Legal heirs (Hindu succession Act,1956) will get the property, if their is no son, daughter then property will go to the widow.

As the husband has died and suppose his widow is indulged in polygamy, even then she shall inherit the property left by her husband in equal share with her children.
