Criminal trespass

Hello friends..my property was been trespassed by some persons we have filed a case and booked case against them from court of law..they have taken station bail from the police and kept surity.thw case is been trial.now they are again trespassing my property ..how can the bail operate and how can we restrict them from not disturbing my physical possession..please help me to restrict them to put under pressure and also let me know what police can do with the bail..thank you.

What is the case filed by you?
Trespass is a civil/ tortious case, has it been admitted by court as criminal case ?
What is the opinion and advise of lawyer engaged by you?

Get the bail cancelled and person arrested and punished for infringement of bail terms. Move the trial court for taking immediate steps in this regard through your lawyer.

Your query does not have any head or tail of your problem. Nothing can be construed out of your generic term trespass. Can you explain, how is your property being trespassed by whom and what you have done to desist them from doing so? Further, if they have got the stay order, what is the language of stay order.

When you have already filed a case against the trespasser, you should also have made mention as to what is the opinion of your own lawyer and how he proposes to tackle the issue on your doubts?
