can victim file an appeal against order of acquittal of accused if yes then what is period limitation ?

Victim cannot file appeal against the acquittal order directly in the appellant court, it's a State case where the appeal against the acquittal order can be filled by the State only. The victim can move application with the District Public Prosecutor of the Court requesting to move the appellant court in appeal against the acquittal order.
