Sexual harassment at workplace

Inquiry was not completed in 90 days according to Section 11 of POSH act, so can it extend beyond 90 days and under which law it is provided?

The inquiry cannot be left unfinished. Reasons should be explained for delayed accomplishment of the inquiry along with the report after completion.

That denotes lack of original ideas on the part of the expert, if copy paste habit of the expert gets detected.

Is it given under any Act because the Sexual harassment of Women at workplace does not state the same.

Dhingra Hijacked my idea of contacting a detective agency. It was my idea. If he has conscience he knows.I'm suffering from Insomnia. Still I'm doing reasonably Is Vijay Raj Mahajan didn't do wrong and mislead clients in saying ancestral property instead of self acquired property. Till recently with one reading I used too reproduce the entire paper,., I was that sharp. well.Didn't he copy my idea?

Another wrong also Vijay Raj Mahajan committed. a sale deed may be executed in favor 0f minor. That is blatantly illegal and void. Unless through Guardian no sale transaction in favor of minor can take place.
Vijay Raj stated a sale deed in favor of minor is valid. It is not correct for the above reasons.

Nearly some 20 years afgo Supreme court in Visakha case laid down guidelines regarding sexual Harassment of women at work place. There should be women
's grievance cell manned by women. Every organization worth itss salt should have a women's grievance cell.
And the guilty person should be transferred to another department or dismissed etc.

Mann behlaane ke liye Ghalib Khayal achha hai. Every one would be hijacking your ideas, while it is an established fact that you are habitual of copying and pasting others ideas & views. That has very well been proved in almost all of your posts in several threads at the LCI.

Now from where the reference of Shri Vijay Raj Mahajan has cropped up, when he has not made any contribution in this thread?

Hijacking of your ideas must have been made by stealing out of your brain by detective agencies for me. Is it so?

Further, sharpness in past has no relevance, when your brain has got blunt in the present scenario. Better use your senses, rather than sentiments to falsely justify your irrational stand.
