Land compensation

Dear Sir,
I have a house built on a Panchayat Approved Layout and the site is being taken over by the National Highway Authority of India, What kind of compensation will i Get?

Compensation will be Paid as Follows
1. Extent * Guideline Value of the land
+
2. Solatium
+
3. 12 % Addi interest from Date of notification to Date of Award,

But there is a possible deduction of T.D.S if the land is of House sites.

At the same time don't forget to submit our objection before L.A.O and Appeal to Collector.

compensation would be paid as per the Government rate of the land cost. To know the said land cost, enquire from the sub-registrar office of the concerned area.

The panchayat that has approved layout may also be aware of the notifications issued to the effect..
Check with them..
Without any delay : Contact the LOCAL official handling compensation …and submit your claim under proper acknowledgment..and also get copy of notification..
