Dear Sir
I am in west bengal heath service but my service is still not confirmed it is in probation period.I have already send my resignation letter to my higher authority but they did not give any reply about its acceptance. sir my quiery is wheather NOC is required for higher studies even after my resignation from the post as my higher authority does not give any reply regarding acceptance.
please guide me sir.

Yes required as per the provisions of the conduct rules for the Government/ PSU employees. During your employment, you cannot undertake any course of study without the express permission of the competent authority of your organization.

Until relieved from service on acceptance of your resignation, you are bound to abide by the prescribed conduct rules.

Pl. indicate the date on which you submitted your resignation letter.
Also indicate the date from you which you indicated that you will be resigning from the service.
Only after knowing the above information, it will be possible to give answer to your query.

Sir I had given a notice one month prior then give final confirmation letter of resignation.my salary is stopped from subsequent months but there is no reply from higher authority about its acceptance.Sir I want to that is it really necessary to have a NOC for higher studies as I have resigned from my job.

Evasive reply by the querist clearly reveals as if any such problem does not exist. Mr. Ramachandran has asked for the effective date of resignation, but the querist, instead of replying to his question, still insists if NOC is required.

Remind the authorities and wait for their response.
In fact, your query about noc for higher education is quite vague and uncalled for in the wake of your current problem of resignation. What is the hurry in getting noc, when start of academic session if too far. You should at first be concerned only with the issue of your resignation, not the noc for higher education.
By the way, for which course of study of which university or college you have applied for noc?

Go ahead. NOC is not required. Your Resignation is deemed to have been accepted since the Department has not said anything against the resignation within the effective date of resignation.
