Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 11 September 2017 This query is : Resolved
A SERVICE MATTER CASE RELATED TO SCALES, PENDING SINCE 1993 WAS DECIDED IN 2014 ON RULINGS IN ORDINANCE PASSED IN 2013. SHOULD THIS CASE BE NOT DECIDED ON THE RULINGS PREVAILING IN 1993 WITH RESPECT TO SCALES AND SIMILAR CASES AT THAT TIME?

Ruling of 1993 was required to be relied for past cases, unless that has been specifically been mentioned about past cases in the ordinance of 2013.

The experts if ask for not replying to AQ, should themselves also not reply to AQ.
Kumar Doab (Expert) 11 September 2017
The entities that have been asking for and surviving with Expert's help must obey Expert's decision like NO reply to AQ.............
Kumar Doab (Expert) 11 September 2017
The flush of AQ might also be a tactics of unscrupulous entities and gangs loitering at LCI with multiple fake ID's including the ones that have face blackened/blacklisted/shunted out................ to advertise, gain publicity, allure unsuspecting querist as clients and fleece for FEE...................

Who else other than Mr. Kumar Doab has fake ID, who is appearing with his fake name, without his picture and even has not mentioned the place of his location in his profile?
Guest (Expert) 12 September 2017
IT=@Kumar Doab,

With his several vague posts, it becomes quite clear that Mr. Kumar Doab is quite upset due to his deteriorated mental health. If he does not have anything to advise, he should better take bed rest, preferably in some mental hospital.

Why anonymous? Anyhow, no suggestion is possible unless the material facts are disclosed.
