However I need to travel abroad now for some time. Need to know how to travel in this case.
Ms.Usha Kapoor (Expert) 08 September 2017
323. Punishment for voluntarily causing hurt.—Whoever, except in the case provided for by section 334, voluntarily causes hurt, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both.
only if you like it.
Central Government Act
Section 294 in The Indian Penal Code
267 [294. Obscene acts and songs.—Whoever, to the annoyance of others—
(a) does any obscene act in any public place, or
(b) sings, recites or utters any obscene song, ballad or words, in or near any public place, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three months, or with fine, or with both.]
Since they are bailable offences with the permission of the court you can travel abroad unless it is for a long period during which time you may be issued bailable and non bailable warrants against you by the court for your immediate presence in the court.
P. Venu (Expert) 08 September 2017
There is no problem unless the court had stipulated such conditions while granting bail.
Adv. Yogen Kakade (Expert) 09 September 2017
I agree with the experts
R.K Nanda (Expert) 09 September 2017
you can go abroad with permission of court.
R.K Nanda (Expert) 09 September 2017
you can go abroad with permission of court.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 09 September 2017
Obtain court permission and can leave.
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 10 September 2017
The author may apply to the Court through his counsel to visit abroad, there is no impediment and it shall be allowed if presented well.

Is it fair on the part of an impersonating expert to reproduce bare act in response to specific query? If the so-called expert is so keen to impart coaching may join some institute/college/training centre except providing irrelevant training to needy litigant(s). The author want solution of his problem and not to gain legal knowledge.
