Boys marry girl by finding her on shading.com. he speaks lie to girl family that he owns 7 acre and work as financer . After marriage he goes out of home without telling anything and don't work anything. Now girls feel harrased and cheated as he owns no property. How can girl take divorcee as marriage has taken place three months back . What is the processes for divorce. How much time Will it take and how much money needed?

Girl and boy belongs to Sikh family and they married in Gurdwara, now which act is applicable for divorce.

Hindu Marriage Act applies to your case.Try to persuade him to get into gainful employment. If he is basically lazy no amount of force would motivate him to take up employment. Else you apply for Divorce by mutual;l consent. which is best. Before that you need to wait for one year..You can also apply for irretrievable breakdown of marriage which the supreme court has approved although the HMA has not yet amended to include this ground.iF you appreciate this answer please click the like button.
