Guardian mother sold property when sons are minor

Hello Sir,
In 1991 my mother sold 3.8 acrs of agriculture land for just 26k and the property belongs to my grand parents and my father transferred to minor two kids with my mother as guardian. Unknowingly we didn't put any cases and no we know that minors property cont be sold without court permission. Now its almost 26 years now and our age is 40 and my brother is no more..
Please kindly suggest, can this case will stand if we go to court for illegal sale? or any chance that they at least come for shuttlement??

The discussions at LCI are FREE and should not be exploited as a medium to allure unsuspecting querists to pay a FEE in the name of so called consultation…………… There are many threads on similar queries that you may find relevant and useful and can be searched in SEARCH option e.g;

By the way, what you would like to do with a voluminous personal information about the querist and
his company, when his question is quite simple asking solution to get F&F only, not about illegal
termination or removal, etc.
In asking such type of detailed information from ex-employees, causes a doubt in my mind, as if you
are an agent of ISIS, Pak's ISI, or other terrorists groups and have been working as a recruiter for
them out of the dissatisfied employees after obtaining detailed information about them alongwith
their organisation and your agents be contacting them privately to induce them to become members
of your terrorist groups. There is another cause to get in to such doubt, as you devote whole time
even up to midnight each day at LCI in answering the queries of the authors with merely irrelevant
responses that has no connection with their problems, whereas in several threads you have claimed
that you are not earning any money through LCI. You may probably may be supplying data such
disgruntled employees to your touts working for your aim to induce the disgrunteled employees to
be ready to work for your organization. Still there is another reason for such a doubt, as you don't
suggest any solution, rather ask the authors to contact some of your favourite members at LCI or
ask them to download multiples of irrelevant documents from internet. The doubt becomes nore and
more firm, when on asking neither you give your phone No. or email ID, so that nobody may be able
to approach you directly at any time. In almost every thread you also advice the authors to contact
some very ablest counsel of impeccable reputation and great integrity.
Question arises, what for you claim yourself to be an expert and reply the questions of the authors,
if you are not an able counsel of impeccable reputation and possessing any integrity?
So, in order to remove my doubts, probably you may not mind to clarify your position, what you are,
what is your real name, which is your location and what is the source of your income, what is your
phone No. and email ID?

The groups and gangs are visiting profiles of querist and asking for work and money. It is virtually like ringing doorbells knocking on doorbells. Such groups,gangs, gang members, gang leaders are lowliest in the lowly and are lowering the image and repute of LCI and experts. Mufatkhori ki had hai.
