was looking for complete detail of new model bye laws for CHS
what % of extra charges can the society impose on the owner of a shop given on leave & licence .

i did visit but i did not got the complete info
as the case is
i own a small shop & the society charges me extra money other than the maintainance charges ( saying it is for the shop which has been given on leave & licence ) they charge me 25% of the maintainance .
so what should be done
as i heard society can charge me 10% not more than that but i am not sure about it
