A VIP person arrested in Criminal Offence, can he be placed in a makeshift jail, which
is specially made for him?riven

Normally VIP should be kept like ordinary accused. However, for reasons like security, some special arrangements can be made.riven

you can't as of riht special treatment or special arrangment. But if VIP person needs special security Court will allowed special security but that is discritionary power of court.riven

Every person has equal status before law and legal machinery but practically you know better. reason of security arrangements is generally made, however, graduate is entitled for the grant of B class in ordinary jail.riven

Legally not but be practical YAAR POLICE WALE KO AAP PAHECHANTE NAHI! Our AGAR AAP NAHI JANTE TO VIP KO TO VO PAHECHANTE HOGE. Anything is possible in india where department of police is present.riven

an accused a VIP or not, shall be sent to an ordinary jail like other ordinary accused. but if there is a question of security of the VIP accused the court may direct to keep him in any special place of confinement or to keep his separately.riven
