Pl. suggest me some online university to do a course in Pleading,Drafting or legal writing after L Lb.

dear, though m still a novice to this profession...but one thing i ve learnt here is that as far pleadings and drafting are concerned these can not be taught, a good lawyer developes his drafting skills by doing as much work as possible.

drafting work depends upon the facts of the case....have a look at the basic books on drafting and observe ur senior's files...with the passage of time u ll master the skill.

There are quite a few courses available abroad providing online course on the above subject for para legal professionals such as (legal writing and drafting), but pursuing such course will not fetch you the skills.

It is only through practical experience in the legal field and good command over english and legal terms, one can achieve the legal drafting skills.

IT IS AN ART. IT COMES ONLY BY PRACTICE.

I dont think it could be acquired from pursuing a course.
