Dear experts, can a proprietory firm be converted into partnership firm ? if yes what is the procedure and requirements for it ?

Yes, can be converted. But, you will have to hire services of some capable lawyer to get the procedural and legal formalities completed for such conversion of the firm.

Yes it can be. Get the partnership deed drafted, executed and registered after getting it drafted through a lawyer / consultant.
