Any casual consultancy mey not help you. Discuss the case in detail with some expert to find out the ways and means to extract your dues from the comapny, as the case would need planning to be implemented prudently and may be in phases also.

issue legal notice to company for clearance of your outstanding dues .

as far as PF dues are concerned if company has deducted it is bound to deposit your PF . lodge complaint with regional provident fund commissioner . if no action taken you can move consumer forum against company for recovery of your PF dues

Send legal notice to the company and inform labor department regarding pending salary claim. Submit claim form for PF and if not deposited lodge complaint to EPF department.
