dear experts we want to have forensic report about a disputed signature which is forgery of witness what is procedure of collection of admitted signature of witness is it possible to request court to appoint advocate commissioner to collect admitted signatures of witness when witness is not intrested to attend court and give admitted signatures

In case it pertains to an ongoing case, the court can refer it for expert opinion.Your counces can make request to the court.

Witness can be produced upon summons or warrant. When he is called before the court, the signatures can be sought before the court and in presence of Judge or Officer of Court (commissioner). But ensure that your advocate collects at least 20-30 signatures for examination in different sheets. Also, try to submit the signatures in official documents closer to the date of disputed signature.

Submit an application to the Court for submission of signature for forensic validation.
If you do not have signature (which you want to be verified for genuineness) apply to the Court to summon the person/witness.
