Hello sir,y neighbour has filed a chapter case against my mother and another neighbour. But we have cross NC. But police only filed chapter case against us not on opposition.. now ACP forced us to sign the bond without taking surety from opposition. Our opposition has influenced ACP bribed him , so my concern is how do i challenge this because opposition has tendency to put NC against above two person who signed the bond. Opposition is very bad person and has no shame to put NC on innocent people.. he is backed up by well designated police officer..ACP LEVEL. WHAT SHOULD I DO????

I have appointed a lawyer... But ACP doesnt looked our show cause notice reply.. He just forced my lawyer that they have to sign the surety paper...!!!!ACP is surely bribed for this. We came to knw that he is frnd of Opposition...so what we do plz suggesst. It will be very helpful

You can file a Writ Petition if you have the material to substantiate arbitrary action by the ACP

If appointed a lawyer, rely on your own lawyer. He would work as per his own mindset, not on advice of experts received here by you.

Hello my name is Kiran Patil and i am a common man who is harassed by above system. The case is on my mother and our neighbour. I have appointed lawyer but ACP didnt give any reason or even saw our reply to show cause notice and said to my lawyer that they have to sign the bond of 25000 or 1 yr. We are the victims but corrupt system made us culprit.. ACP gave us time of six days for signing interim bond. Is there any way that i can challenge his decision.. i have registered two NC on opposition but they dont have chapter case. I dont have legal knowledge, just random search on chapter case brought me here. Plz suggest me ..thnx..
