change in birthdate

I have difference in birthdate between birth certificate(16-08-89) compare to all other legal documents(11-06-90), will it be barrier at any point? If yes which procedure I need to follow to amend

In long run there could be Issues if the genuineness of the birth date could be proved with evidence.There are several Cases based on similar Issues.Better implement the Corrections with the help of Local Good Senior Advocate.

Experts-Incorrect things not to be encouraged even if it is" Recorded" and it is Certainly Illegal and Offence.

What are the certificates you have got with wrong DOB.

It would be very difficult to change DOB on all these documents / certificates.

Are you sure 16.08.89 is your actual DOB?

Some experts are expert in commenting on other experts.

As a resident of india all requird documents from pan card to passport. I am belongs to a small town and family background isn't sound from beginning so how did that happend even I couldn't realise. All documents acquired by giving leaving certificate as proof. And yes 16-08-89 correct birthdate as per birth certificate.
