Only your Advocate could plead in the concerned Court to the Honorable Judge to post it for urgent hearing .

Other wise your Advocate could also submit a letter to the concerned Court's Registrar to post it for urgent hearing.

Sir,

You need to show some urgency before the application for early hearing be allowed, else the judges won't pass early hearing orders .....

It is for your advocate to take care of the situation.

If you have lost faith in your lawyer and feel that your lawyer is unable to present your case "as you desire" change him immediately.

The nature of queries made by you so far reveals as if you are quite an impatient person and further, as if believed that the bank, the lawyer, the judge, the supreme court, and all others are made solely for you and that they don't have any other job to do, except to deal solely with your case. I can very well guess, you are destined to lose your case merely because of your impatience, even if you file slp in the SC, as you proposed in one of the query.

WHY NOT ASK YOUR QUESTIONS FROM YOUR OWN LAWYER, AS ALREADY ENGAGED BY YOU?
