If not arrested till now, try to get anticipatory bail.

Generally if kept in detention for 48 hrs, person would be suspended.

Engage a very able counsel at your location.

Not merely on the basis of FIR, but you can be suspended on initiation on the criminal charge.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 27 October 2016
48 hour custody makes an employee demed suspended and deptt can take him back only if the pass quashing order.

Not5hing stops the deptt from ordering suspension even without 48 hours custody. You have not stated facts of the case so no view can be formed.

further.

very few persons are aware that a govt servant after arrest/bail is under obligation to inform the same to the deptt.

Post the details.

As the complainant was unknown to me and i was suspecting him of harassing my daughter, so I had gone to complainant relatives to Home to ask for his relatives numbers and i had taken a memory card from his home with hope of getting some details as the complainant was unknown to me..now they hv registered fir on my name with ipc of house trespass, theft and criminal intimidation.

Try to have anticipatory bail before arrest, engage some experienced lawyer and defend yourself.
Kumar Doab (Expert) 27 October 2016
Even if you are govt. official, have good connections with police or even if not: Don't indulge in such transgressions.

Rush to your very able counsel.

There is no need for the complainant to report the matter. It is your own responsibility to report the matter to your employer.
