Dear Sirs

I have a lot of confusion on the above subject because in your forums one legal expert says it's not adultery and no problem can arise out of it. Another expert says it's adultery and the man is bound to be penalised. Please clarify the latest amendment if any. Thank you all in advance.

No adultery... No bigamy.. but it can be a strong ground for your wife to divorce and keep you only with your girlfriend and no money..
But why anonymous?

Your post shows that you in your heart feel guilty in asking this question otherwise you should have given your name.It is not necessary that everything which is not illegal is not amoral. Every civilised society had its own ethics,ethos, and sense of morality.Any illicit relation though not within the definition of a crime need not be moral.If you have courage ask this question to your wife . Will you allow your wife to have such relationship ?
How you dare to put such question to this august forum? Do you think that we all are fools and sitting here to guide you in your immoral endeavor ?

Dear All learned experts, Would like to clarify my question. I wonder how such learned experts like you immediately jump into conclusion that it is for my life I had raised query?? And Mr. Rajeev Sharma I had posted this query from my mobile and I might have missed giving my name.

For your information please look into various sites with similar queriers and each expert has their own opinion. Is law different for each expert? I don't think so. This is the only reason I had raised this query. So before bouncing on a unlearned immoral unethical guy like me, Mr. Rajeev Sharma, request you to please kindly think twice before posting such answers. And J.K.Agarwal, if I require such advice from my wife, I shall ask her. Thank you all.

you anonymous again failed to give your name . It is immaterial whether the query wa for yourself or you stood as an agent of another person, the fact remains that you are seeking advise for an immoral act. if you failed to give your name once what checked in giving your name when you again submitted a post? This again shows hollowness of your arguments. Besides read my post again it has been simply stated that we do not reply to queries which against the established moral norms of the society.I again stand and affirm what i said. What more heartening is to see that none of the experts offered any legal advice on this query at this platform.Regards to all.
