can a case be put on fast track court

Sir. I m a second aquist in a case where ipc 308;426;427 are charged by police. Now its 3 yrs. We hav not get any summons yet. Do we have any option to make the trials fast. Because i m expecting a govt job next year as ksrtc driver. Will a pending case block my chance of getting a govt job. I m totally
depressed. Pls help with your advice.

You can apply in high court for getting an order for expeditious disposal of case.

The pending case shall have to be mentioned by you when you are applying for job/interview/joining and the same shall stand on your way to get/join the job.
File a writ of mandamus before High Court to decide the case within a time bound manner.
