background verification

i am.workin in wipro BPO since 4th sept 2012. before this i had work experience from two companies.

1) enser communication from 14th dec 2010 - 31st march 2012.

2) greenpoint global from 1st june 2012 -31 st july 2012.

so now the verification of my first company is thru however my wipro.HR has concerns about my 2nd company where i worked for two months.

during my joinin in wipro in 2012 all the verificatiin formalities were thru, now suddenly again they asked me to submit all the docemts for verifiation. so as it has been three years now i told thrm i can provide bank statememt for the verification purpose.

so here my first company verification was thru and for greenpoint global i faintly rembered the date of joining so i wrote in bgv form 14th april 2012 to 30th june 2012 instead of 1st june 2012-31st july 2012. but i did provided bank statememt that backps up as it shows sal receivedfor jun and july. now employer is sayin why did i said doj was april instead of june. i explained tjat was in error however i did submitted bank statememt along with this.if this would have been deliberate i would not have submitted bank statement.

please suggest what should i do and how should i tackle this situation as i do not have the releivimg letter for greenpoint global onlyhave sal statement which i have submitted.

the only issue is mistakenly i wrote.doj to be 14april 2012- 30th june 2012 imstead of 1stjune 2012 - 31st july 2012.

You must be having appointment letter, copy of resignation -its proof of dispatch and delivery-acknowledgment and acceptance, salary slips,Form16,PF a/c slips, ESIC card,NOC/NDC, service certificate, relieving letter etc..............



These are sufficient.


Otherwise you have co-operated.

And once the verification has already been done and was satisfactory.Maintain it.





Or ask them to verify from Inspector appointed under Shops & Estbs Act, to whom employer would have submitted all employee's details in prescribed registers under Shops & Estbs Rules.



Record all threats if any.

If you are unable to handle entrust to your able counsel specializing in labor/service matters.

yes, i have submitted salary slip however this HR is telling me why did you wrote Date of joining to be 14apr 2012-30th jun 2012 when it was 1st june 2012 -31st july 2012. so i explained this Hr i did not remeber the dat so that was mistake and the reason i left this company because back in january 2012 i had been selected in campus by wipro however they told me as soon as u get your graduation results please call on the number written on this letter of intent that they gave me while i was in campus.

now when i got my graduation results, i left this greenpoint global without any notice as it was only two months and i called wipro and wipro HR tol me you have go thru the interview process again as it has been quite a time now since your campus letter of intent was provided to you. so i was again given letter of intent on 31/08/2016 and got placed on sept4 th; 2012.

now this HR is askin me either you get the relieving letter from gpg or you get the letter of intent provided to you durin campus selection by wipro. now dont have either however i gave him payslip of gpg and offer given to me on joining wipro 4th sept. but he is asking me letter of intent given to me durin campus selection, now its been 3 yrs so i dnt have it with me. what i gave him niw is an email that i was given letter of intent by bhavika rao (she was the one who was conductin this interviee in campus) and i gave my college name where the campus was.

dnt understand is why the hell he is asking me the letter of intent given to me durin college campus where in i have provided him offer letter given to me while joining wipro in 2012 sept. this seems to me very harassin and i accepted the dat on gpg joining i have incorrect 14apr2012-31st jul 2012 instead of 1st june 2012- 31st jul 2012. and to back this up i alao payslip of jun and july.

please suggest how can i make this HR taste his own medicineas i do not see any foul play here.

Submit the correct revised information to your employer with your apology for unintentional error due to your memory fault. Such reputed companies are hungry of factual information.

thank you team,

i will keep you posted about the next few developments.

i am.also requestin my previous employer to give me relieving letter thou i did not serve the notice. i will pay the basic sal and get the letter to make things morr favourable.
