my parents has 2 sons and 1 daughter. My father belongs to BC category and my mother belongs to SC category. The house that we are now residing is my grand father(dad's father) property. In that house We builded a home in first floor with my parents own money. My father has 2 elder brothers and one younger brother. My father brothers did't likes that we are in residing in that home. Because of caste of my mother. They talking vulgarly about caste of my mother also they telling if my mom residing in that home no one marry his sons and daughters and also they are not giving drinking water to my family coming from that home. We are taking drinking water outside of that house till now. Also they talking vulgarly about caste of my mother to the peoples residing near to our house. They also told to my father to kill ur wife and childrens then they make a marriage with another women. My father scolded his brothers and moved to our home and told about that matter to my mom. In 2013 my father younger brother made a forgery document to change that property to his name and got sign and thumb impression from my grand father without his knowledge. In 2014 my grandfather got expired. Then brothers of my father demanding our family to go out from that home. They told that house is his property. My father filed a suit valuation act against his brothers. Also they torturing our family by arranging rowdies and local peoples to send out from that home. My mom affects physically and mentally. We dont have safety to staying at that home. This all matters done only because of caste of my mother. We dont know where to complaint about this untouchability matter. Please give advice that where to give complaint. There is any commissions or organisations to deal this matter? Pls help me.

Your mother can certainly initiate legal action at her discretion.

Hi Rajeshkumar,
You have remedy regarding ill treating ur mother by uncles etc under Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989.
But before starting process you must be sure that you have ample evidence in your favor lest your adversaries can say this action is initiated against them only as a counterblast to demanding ancestral property..

Evidence is alredy ther ewith you in shape of your personal evidence.
The persons passing castist remarks or passing vulgar remarks on any woman do not give a written receipt of the same.
All you have to do is to give in writing to the SHO and a copy of SC Commission, Lok Nayak Bhavan, New Delhi-110003.
Lewt your uncles (with wives and children) remain in jail for few days and each and dine with dalit prisoners.
Then they will be begging for partition which now you ar ebegging.

Already in 2009 they made a big problem and planned to throw all the things in my home. My father went to local SC politician. He called all my uncles and warned that hereafter if u do like this i will give complaint to local station and ur's total family will be in jail. Then my uncles will kept quiet for years. Then same will doing till now...

In june 2015 i asked query regarding this matter to our district collector and national human rights commission but there is no reply and response from them.

SHO is the Station House Officer.
He is the officer incharge of a Police Station. He is generally of the rank of Inspector or Sub inspector. As per CrPC he can be anyone above the rank of constable (unless state govt by notification authorises a constable to be Officer Incharge. Society expects him to be terror in the area.
He is normally expected to live in same area. But in big cities he may be in nearby area if Govt Qtr is given in a Police colony.
He is duty bound to take action on any congnizable offences which include the present ones reported by you. He is competent and duty bound to arrest without warrant when any cognizable offence is reported.
So this is what is SHO.
It is funny you asked query from collector instead of making a complaint.
It is stupid that in 2009 itself you failed to dial 100 when such atrocities were going one.

We dont have any evidence that talked vulgarly about caste. Thats why i asked query to collector. If we make complaint about this surely they will tell lie that we are not talked like that. Thats why we dont know what to do sir....
