kindly tell me about starting a computer institution. in which authority do we have to need to register it in UP, India.

1)Type of entity:Sole proprietorship/Partnership firm/ Pvt.Ltd. Company/ Ednl. Trust
2)What courses you will offer:
Coaching class, University courses, NCTVT courses , Up-skilling Courses, Doeacc courses etc.
3)Whether the desired course curriculam needs to be approved by other regd. institution like University/ Govt. Deptts. etc.
4)Projected student intake
5)Projected Turnover
6) Funding Plans: Self/ Banks/ others
7) Infrastructure reqd.-Own/ leased
8) Faculty7 staff
- Necessity of recruitment/ outsourcing
