Writ petition illegal termination sbi life insurance

(Querist) 23 November 2017 This query is : Resolved
Dear Experts, my Livelihood was dependent upon the Insurance Agency of SBI Life Insurance Company. But the company has terminated my agency without issuing show cause notice and IRDA has blacklisted my name in website. As a result, all other insurers have barred me to appoint insurance agent.
Can I name SBI life and IRDA as respondent in Writ Petition in High Court Delhi.

Sorting out the issue amicably by sorting out the issue/reason for the termination with concerned Dept would be the pleasant remedy for the long run

After updation in IRDA database; Now there is NO scope for any amicable settlement.

Do you have copy of agency agreement signed with you?

It does contain narration of delinquencies that can lead to Termination of agency agreement and might have the manner for such act....................e.g in case of mis-selling, fraudulent act...

Have you indulged in any such act!

Relate your matter and respond.
